Overview
Led the migration of 40+ existing Boomi integrations from an on-premise Atom to a cloud Atom hosted on AWS, with zero downtime for production processes during cutover.

- Full inventory and dependency audit of existing on-premise processes and connectors
- Environment promotion strategy (Dev → Test → Prod) across AWS cloud Atom instances
- Connection reconfiguration and security validation for cloud-accessible endpoints
- Parallel run validation framework comparing output payloads before cutover
- Detailed operational runbook and automated rollback strategy for the production cutover window
Architecture
Designed a blue-green cutover approach where the cloud Atom ran in parallel with the on-premise Atom for 2 weeks. Production integration workloads were shifted process-by-process following validation sign-offs, completely avoiding maintenance windows or transactional interruptions.

Outcome: Migrated 40+ processes with zero production incidents. On-premise infrastructure decommissioned on schedule.
