Overview
Built a Boomi integration to aggregate clinical and operational data from multiple source systems and generate structured compliance reports delivered to regulators and internal stakeholders on a defined schedule.
What I Built
- Multi-source data extraction pipeline across 4 source systems (EMR, billing, lab information systems, and scheduling)
- Automated data normalization and validation rules enforcing compliance with regulatory reporting schemas
- Dynamic PDF report formatting alongside structured CSV/XML data exports
- Automated file transfer to a secure external SFTP endpoint with PGP encryption
- Automated delivery notifications and an audit logging pipeline providing end-to-end traceability
Architecture
Designed a modular pipeline architecture separating ingestion from reporting. Independent extractor processes pull raw clinical and operational payloads into a normalized staging repository, followed by an aggregator process that compiles the final regulatory submissions. This separation ensures changes to source system schemas do not impact downstream report generation or regulatory compliance templates.
